Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball, America’s largest outdoor basketball tournament, will be held in Olean August 20-22, 2010. The 3-day event will benefit both the Olean High School Sports Boosters and the Olean City School District Foundation.

VISIONS HOTELS FRIDAY FUN FEST
August 20 -- Friday activities have expanded this year to include more family fun! Team registration will take place inside the Olean Center Mall from 5 - 8 PM. The Sports Locker Corporate Cup 3-on-3 Competition will be back pitting business members against business members in a gruelling double elimination b-ball tourney. New this year, the Olean Family YMCA will be hosting a Swish, Dribble, Dunk basketball skills challenge for all. The YMCA will have their KidZone with inflatables, fun, and more.

CORPORATE CUP
Olean Gus Macker has scheduled Friday, August 20th as Sponsor Appreciation Day. The Sponsors Corporate Cup is for all sponsors who would like to participate in skill challenges, along with a mini 3-on-3 basketball tourney.

OPENING CEREMONIES
Saturday, August 21st. Ceremonies will take pplace at the top men's court.

KIDZONE
The Olean-Bradford YMCA will be sponsoring a KidZone on Saturday and Sunday with inflatables, games, and face painting.

SPECIAL CONTESTS
Gus Macker players can participate in a Three Point Shot Competition and a Slam Dunk Competition with the rounds taking place Saturday around 6 PM on the Top Men’s Court.

COMMUNITY BANK NA I-86 TRIFECTA
For the third year in a row, basketball lovers traveling I-86 and playing in the three Gus Macker Tournaments - Jamestown (June), Hornell (July), and Olean (August) will receive a complimentary I-86 Trifecta shirt. New this year, all players that are designated as I-86 Trifecta players will be eligible to win a free team in 2011 from the three trifecta cities! The I-86 Trifecta 2009 recognized EIGHTY players who participated in the 3 tournaments in the Southern Tier.

FIFTY AND OLDER MENS COURT
New this year, the Olean Gus Macker will host a court featuring men 50 years and older.  If you still (think) you got game and want to prove it against those your own age, bring your sneakers and your game to Olean!
